Spent a beautiful day with family hanging out with some giant sequoia trees in the Sequoia National Forest. The drive from Kernville to the Trail of 100 Giants is about an hour due to steep grades and sharp turns. It is well worth the drive and there are plenty places along the way to stop and enjoy.
This was a terrific place to spend a few hours, get a good hike, enjoy cooler temps and capture some great photos. These massive trees offer many unique photo opportunities along the trail. All photos below were captured with my Canon EOS R camera and Canon RF 24-105mm lens.

Conclusion
I could easily spend all day in this place snapping photos. Next time I visit I will do just that and cherish every moment. There are so many great photo opportunities here and it was a lot of fun. The hike is easy and even wheelchair accessible. One thing I will do differently next time is take my tripod for better still photos.
If you ever get the chance, I highly recommend visiting the Trail of 100 Giants to experience for yourself.
